Shipping policy
At Graceful Leo, we understand the excitement of receiving your new item(s). We strive to be transparent and implement a straightforward and reliable shipping policy. From the moment you place your order, we are dedicated to ensuring that your items are shipped promptly and arrive in pristine condition. Whether you’re indulging in a little retail therapy close to home or across the country, you can trust that we’ll handle your shipment with love and care.
1. Processing Time

Order Processing: Online orders are processed within 3-5 business days after placing the order. Custom orders may have a longer lead time which will be discussed when placing the order.

Exclusions: Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing time, so orders placed on Friday will most likely not be processed until Monday.
2. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days, for an additional fee.

Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery, available for a higher fee.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer International Shipping. If you have any questions, please reach out and we will be happy to help however we can.
3. Shipping Costs
Flat Rate Shipping: We try to offer our customers the most cost effective shipping possible. Depending on the size of your item will determine the shipping cost. Prices typically are:
Small: $4.85
Medium: $8.35
Large: $14.65
XLarge: $23.50

4. Order Tracking

Customers can track their order status via tracking number provided after shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number, please contact us and we would be happy to provide one.
6. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Goods: If item is received damaged, please contact Graceful Leo within two (2) weeks of delivery. We ask that you do not discard any packaging supplies and take as many photos as possible to be submitted with a damage claim. Once damage is assessed/confirmed, a prepaid shipping label will be sent via email for the item to be returned (if necessary). Once damaged item has been returned, a refund or replacement will be sent per customer's discretion. Otherwise, all necessary steps will be taken to handle the situation with determined shipping company.

Lost Shipments: If a package is lost, Graceful Leo will initiate an investigation with the shipping company and provide a refund or replacement once the issue is confirmed or resolved.
7. Returns and Exchanges

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom items. Once mock-ups have been approved, no other changes may be made and the customer will be responsible for any errors not previously discovered. For orders that are not custom, a return must be initiated within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your package. It will then be at the expense of the customer to ship the order back to Graceful Leo. Once the order is received back, a refund will be issued. If any other issues occur, please send us a message.
8. Delivery to Incorrect Address

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for paying for the replacement order and new shipping label/shipping fees. No exceptions.
9. Shipping Carrier

UPS and USPS are the two standard shipping carries that Graceful Leo uses. If you would like a specific carrier, please contact us as soon as possible. Prices may adjust changing carriers in which the customer will be responsible for.
