Returns policy

For the most precise and up-to-date information, please read Graceful Leo’s official returns policy below or reach out to via email with any questions or concerns.

  1. Return/Refund Window: Returns/refunds must be initiated within fourteen (14) business days from receiving your order. Graceful Leo reserves the right to not offer any returns outside of this window. 

  2. Condition of Items: Items must be in the same condition as when initially delivered. If item is returned damaged due to customer error, no refunds will be permitted.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please send us an email with the reasoning and with photos of the item(s).

  4. Return Shipping Costs: It will be at the expense of the customer to ship orders back to Graceful Leo unless discussed otherwise. 

  5. Refunds and Exchanges: There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom items. Once a mock-up has been approved, no other changes may be made and the customer will be responsible for any errors not previously discovered and the costs that may incur because of said error(s). For all other orders, once a return request has been established and processed, a refund will be issued once Graceful Leo has received the order back in hand. If any other issues occur, please email us. 

  6. Non-Returnable Items: All custom items may not be returned or refunded. All sales are final.
